Qualified Supervisor
Hi, I'm Natasha and I am a qualified integrative counsellor. Being integrative means using a range of approaches to therapy, giving me different tools that I can adapt to suit individual client needs. My practice is based in Person Centred and Psychodynamic training as well as drawing inspiration from existential philosophy. My love for nature, the outdoors and animals also influences the ways I can adapt to work with individual client needs.
Integrating the spiritual aspect of our self and experiences with traditional counselling therapy.
Spirituality involves experiences of deeper meaning & purpose, in addition to a sense of belonging.
Some of the issues explored in transpersonal therapy:
- Self Development
- Mystical experiences
- Spiritual development (not to be confused with psychic development)
- Spiritual Crises
- Existential crises
Transpersonal means beyond the personal or self.
A typical supervision session starts by checking-in before going on to survey caseload, either with reference to individual cases or by exploring emerging themes or patterns. Also exploring any 'issues' or dilemmas within practice, adjusting the type of support to your unique needs.
Serving Faversham, Canterbury and the surrounding area.
An existentially-informed Therapist & Supervisor working in Hythe, Kent
I am a qualified therapist and clinical supervisor and I have been practising since 2012.
The therapy that I offer is rooted in philosophy and inspired by nature. I support you in reflecting on your life as a whole, and work with you to identify the parts of your life that feel disruptive, painful or stuck. When you’re ready, we then focus on moving forwards towards something personally meaningful, connected and authentic.
I offer a range of therapeutic services, including personal therapy, walking therapy, and group therapy or process work. I also provide clinical supervision for both individuals and groups.
Neurodiversity-affirming Therapist
I qualified with a Diploma in Humanistic (Person Centred) Counselling in 2013 and I am an Accredited Registered member of the BACP. I work mainly in a Person-Centred approach, providing core conditions such as empathy, unconditional positive regard and congruence. I see counselling as a way to give hope, gain the ability to let go of the pains of the past and find new ways of healing.
