I work with you to find ways to support you in your journey, to identify barriers, develop ways to overcome them and to feel more whole. Life can often challenge us, our values and beliefs leaving us feeling down or confused. Talking through these concerns or experiences can help to make more sense of our feelings, thoughts and behaviours. I am interested in individual and cultural stories that make up our sense of self and how these stories can sometimes prevent us from becoming the person we want to be.
