Hello, my name is João (Jo), and I am an Integrative Therapist dedicated to tailoring therapy to best support your unique needs. Whether you're facing a challenging situation, wanting to explore your past experiences, or feeling stuck and seeking a change, I am here to support you. I have experience helping people with mental health crises, current and childhood trauma, relationships, boundaries, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community on topics such as self-acceptance, discrimination, transitioning and consensual non-monogamy.

I work online and offer sessions in English and Portuguese.
