About
I see every person as a unique individual who has the right to be heard. I offer a space where I encourage you to talk freely without fear of judgment or reproach. Counselling is a collaborative effort where we will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to better understand yourself and the struggles you are faced with. I have worked with adults and young people, suffering from a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, loss, low confidence/self-esteem, relationship issues, addiction, illness, separation/ divorce, trauma. I will do my best to work alongside you, with whatever you wish to bring to counselling.

About
I qualified with a Diploma in Humanistic (Person Centred) Counselling in 2013 and I am an Accredited Registered member of the BACP. I work mainly in a Person-Centred approach, providing core conditions such as empathy, unconditional positive regard and congruence. I see counselling as a way to give hope, gain the ability to let go of the pains of the past and find new ways of healing.
About
Hi, I’m Natasha and I am a qualified integrative counsellor. Being integrative means using a range of approaches to therapy, giving me different tools that I can adapt to suit individual client needs. My practice is based in Person Centred and Psychodynamic training as well as drawing inspiration from existential philosophy. My love for nature, the outdoors and animals also influences the ways I can adapt to work with individual client needs.
About
I offer a counselling service which considers your needs on an individual basis. Everyone is different, so it’s important to me that we work at a pace which is right for you. I am passionate about making counselling accessible even if you work, are in education, or have home life commitments to juggle. I offer evening and weekend sessions, either in-person or remotely.

About
A typical supervision session starts by checking-in before going on to survey caseload, either with reference to individual cases or by exploring emerging themes or patterns. Also exploring any ‘issues’ or dilemmas within practice, adjusting the type of support to your unique needs.
